Instead of a buffet this week we are offering a preview from our new fall menu:
Wood smoked BBQ Pork Ribs.
These will be sold for 80 pesos a plate and are accompanied by a buffet of:
- BBQ Chorizo
- 1 in 10,000 Potato Salad
- New York Deli Coleslaw
- Cowboy Beans
- All the Jack Fruit you can eat
No take outs and subject to the chef miscalculating needed quantities.
You do not need to purchase this meal or anything else to attend this meetup.
We have a full bar with cold Pacifico, Corona or Victoria cerveza @ 15 pesos. “Healthy” well drinks are 20 pesos and shelf drinks are 30+ pesos. Real margaritas (with fresh squeezed limes and Jimador tequila) are 35 pesos. A good house wine is 40 pesos (or 150 by the bottle) and you may BYOB of wine if you prefer something different than our house wines (no corkage fee). Check out our full BAR MENU. We are constantly changing it and we are trying to offer the best quality drinks at the lowest prices.
We scored a gigantic Jack fruit, the largest I have ever seen (28 kilos), and we will be serving this to all who are interested.
We are in the middle of the low season and the meetups are now smaller and more comfortable. It may rain and a thunderstorm is always a bonus. Smoking is allowed on the outside of the balcony. Well behaved dogs are allowed.
The buses run until about 10 pm and we can call a reliable taxi for you if you wish. A taxi to Centro or Olas Altas is usually 60 pesos, not much more than the bus, per person, if you fill the cab.
