Gung hay fat choy! or Gong xi fa cai!
This is an update on the February 15 Chinese New Years Dim Sum dinner at Mordidas.
I am canceling this event because I’ve come to the painful realization that one person cannot possibly prepare a 7 course Dim Sum for 30 people, especially when many of the ingredients necessary for its production are not available here in Vallarta.
I love dim sum and my craving for it apparently had gotten the best of my common sense in planning this event.
I think that I am going to fly up to San Francisco for the real thing.
Mordidas will be closed this Thursday, Feb 15..
