This week I am homesick for Northern California-style Super Burritos…
A San Francisco “Mission” Super Burrito, for those who have not experienced one, is LARGE.
It is a giant flour tortilla filled with the meat of your choice, rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and pico de gallo salsa.
These burritos are full meals and the left overs often provide a microwave warm up meal at home.
We offer this week Carnitas, Carne Asada and Chipotle Chicken Burritos.
