Mordidas is holding a very special 89 peso “buffet” on Wednesday, December 13. Mel, a visiting fisherman/chef will be preparing a wide variety of freshly caught tuna at TUNA FEST II.
5 – 11 pm (or until we run out of tuna).
THIS EVENT IS NOW FULL
This will also be a class in preparing the various tuna dishes.
Everyone will be encouraged to make their own custom sushi hand rolls, and Mel’s family will be present to assist those who have no clue (most of us).
All the ingredients will be on the tables to combine into one’s own concoction.

This meal is informal but registration is required so that we have some idea of the number of people attending. Registration begins December 1.
