Our $350 peso full Prime Rib Dinner includes approximately 14-16 oz (1 lb) / 400-450 gram prime rib slices, with country mashed potatoes and gravy, gringo corn on the cob, a vegetable, dinner roll and real horseradish, au jus.
Our Prime Rib is slow roasted at low temperatures for 6 hours to MEDIUM RARE. Limited quantities of “end cuts” are available that are a tad less red. We can ‘make’ any slice of prime rib more “well-done” if you wish but, quite frankly, this is not recommended.
Optional homemade desserts are also offered at 35 – 45 pesos each.
Private Prime Rib Dinners can be arranged for parties of 10 or more. Please email if you are interested.
Smoking is usually permitted on the outside of our open-air balcony – EXCEPT DURING PRIME RIB DINNERS when we have a no-smoking policy until after 8:30.
