Mordidas is holding a very special 89 peso tuna “buffet” on Tuesday, December 10.
Mel Shimizu, a visiting fisherman/chef will prepare a wide variety of freshly caught tuna dishes at TUNA FEST III. You will find no fresher tuna anywhere in Vallarta…
5 – 11 pm (or until we run out of tuna).
The full Mordidas Bar will be open.
Alex will be manning the bar and Sheyla will be running interference.
The food will be served buffet-style and everyone will be encouraged to make their own custom sushi hand rolls. Help will be available to assist those who have no clue (We know who you are…). All ingredients will be on the tables to combine into one’s own concoction. The offerings other than the rolls are prepared ahead of time.
Most of these dishes are raw tuna plus possibly a few other species of fish (depending on the catch).
