SUMMER HOURS
Starting June 4, Cafe Mordida is open Thursday to Tuesday, from 4 pm – 1 am.
- Closed Wednesdays except for VallartaScene Forum Meetups every other week).
- On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, Cafe Mordida is primarily a bar with limited food service* We will serve only bar food such as hotdogs, wings, fries, tamales, etc.
- On Saturday & Sunday we offer full restaurant/bar service.
TUESDAY, June 2
- FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOP – 6 to 8 pm. By reservation only. Female model this week. Models are nude. After the workshop we socialize and critique our work (optional). Email art@mordidas.com to sign up or for information. 100 pesos (includes 2 beers or mixed drinks or a glass of house wine). 70 pesos without drinks.

FRIDAY, June 5

- MARTINI TASTING – 6 pm. Taste 6 different quality martinis created by Alejandro. 100 pesos.
- DEEP FRIED OYSTERS with cucumber salad. 80 pesos
- PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH OYSTER POT PIE – A flaky crust filled with oysters, cream, potatoes, onions, celery, eggs and spices. Very rich, very filling. You will find nothing like it in all of Mexico. 60 pesos
- BBQ RIBS – Slow mesquite smoked BBQ pork ribs. Served with sauce on the side, Oakland-style.
- 1/3 rack with a choice of 2 sides (choose from: Spicy Cowboy Beans, Sweet Corn on the Cob or Amish Macaroni Salad). 110 pesos
- 1/4 rack with 1 side (choose from: Spicy Cowboy Beans, Sweet Corn on the Cob or Amish Macaroni Salad). 80 pesos

- HOUSE SALAD – Fresh mixed greens and seasonal veggies with homemade Garlic Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. 35 pesos regular size and 60 pesos for the x-large.
- AMISH MACARONI SALAD – A creamy, zesty, somewhat sweet, homemade macaroni salad with hard boiled eggs, pickles, sweet peppers and celery. A cool and refreshing counterpoint to some of our more spicy offerings. 25 pesos

LADIES DRINK FOR HALF PRICE – Happy “hour” (for ladies) – all drinks, all day. To be more clear: Beer 8 pesos. House drinks 10 pesos. Wine 20 pesos… (Makes me wish I were a lady on Sundays)
